The project transforms the Games' communication into a dynamic and recognizable visual language, designed to inhabit the event's venues—from competition sites to urban spaces—and build a unified visual narrative for Taranto and the host cities.
At the core of the graphic system are fluid and organic shapes that move apart and come together, creating continuous motion. This visual mark evokes the flow of water and finds its primary metaphor in the sea—the defining element of the city and the entire Mediterranean: a space of connection between peoples, cultures, and generations.
The project’s aesthetic reinterprets Futurism in a contemporary key through dynamic lines and visual energy, while the color palette is inspired by the colors of Taranto: the city’s blue and red, the azure of the sea, and the warm tones of Mediterranean light.
Completing the visual identity is the motto “Embrace the Future,” a synthesis of the Games' vision and its forward-looking perspective.
